What riders say
Rated 4.8 out of 5, from 128 reviews.

I can step through it flat-footed, which no other trike let me do. Six weeks in and I ride it to the shops most days.
Bought it for my mother. It arrived nearly assembled and we had it rolling in half an hour.
Before you decide
I haven't ridden in years. Will I really be able to ride this?
That's who this trike is built for. A trike stays upright on its own — at a stop you just sit, feet on the pedals, nothing to balance. The motor helps exactly as much as you ask it to: pedal lightly with assist, or use the throttle and don't pedal at all. Most returning riders are comfortable within one lap of the driveway.
What happens on delivery day?
One box, 95% assembled. Attach the handlebars and pedals with the included tools — about 20–30 minutes, no bike experience needed — and our Canadian team is a phone call away if you'd like us to talk you through it. Or choose full assembly at checkout and it arrives ready to ride.
What if it's not right for me?
You get 30 days to ride it at home. If it isn't the right fit, we take it back — the honest fine print: like-new condition, and a restocking fee applies. The exact terms are published, no surprises.
Who fixes it if something breaks?
Warranty claims are handled by our Canadian team and parts ship domestically — you never ship the trike anywhere. Any local bike shop can service the mechanical parts, and we'll walk you or your shop through anything electrical by phone.
Is the battery safe? What about rain and winter?
UL2849 certified — the independent safety standard for e-bike electrical systems. Rain is fine to ride in. For winter, the battery slides out and stores inside where it's warm; a one-page Canadian winter care guide comes with every trike.
Two minutes on the phone beats two hours of doubt
