A game-changer for my daily commute!

I've been riding the Bison Pro Urban Cruiser for three weeks now, commuting 6 miles each way through downtown Austin. The 750W motor handles hills effortlessly, and the hydraulic brakes give me complete confidence in stop-and-go traffic. The foldable step-through frame is a blessing — I'm 5'4" and never struggled mounting any bike before, but this one feels custom-made. Battery life is legit; I get about 50 miles on throttle-only mode, which matches the specs. Absolutely worth every penny.

Perfect for school drop-offs and grocery runs

I bought the Bison Pro mainly to shuttle my two kids (ages 4 and 6) to school and the bench seat is a lifesaver. They love the 'adventure bike' and I love that the total 400-lb capacity handles all three of us plus backpacks without breaking a sweat. Swapping the bench for the rear basket on weekends for Costco runs is super intuitive — takes under a minute. The under-bench storage fits snacks, water bottles, and a first-aid kit. Best purchase we made this year.

Solid bike, minor assembly hiccup

Overall I'm really happy with the Bison Pro. The ride quality is smooth, the LED headlight is bright enough for my early-morning rides, and the hydraulic brakes are a huge upgrade from my old mechanical setup. My only gripe is that the assembly instructions could be clearer — the front basket chromoly mount took me and a buddy about an hour to figure out. Once built though, this thing is a tank. The 55-mile range is accurate; I tracked it on a full charge.

Rain or shine, this cruiser delivers

Seattle weather is no joke, but the Bison Pro Urban Cruiser has been my daily driver through rain, drizzle, and the occasional sun break. The hydraulic brakes perform consistently even when wet, which was my biggest concern. The LED brake light with reflector makes me feel visible on those gloomy evening rides. I use pedal assist level 2 for most of my 8-mile commute and easily hit 70+ miles per charge. The foldable frame is perfect for storing in my small apartment.

Worth the wait — this bike is built like a tank

I researched electric trikes for months before settling on the Bison Pro. The 750W brushless motor has serious torque — I live on a hill and it climbs without laboring. The bench seat is wide and cushioned enough that my wife doesn't complain on our evening rides together. I especially appreciate the 30-day trial; it gave me peace of mind, though I knew by day 3 I was keeping it. Charging is straightforward, and the battery removal is tool-free.

Great bike, would love a higher gear range

The Bison Pro handles Phoenix heat surprisingly well — I was worried about battery performance in 110°F weather, but it held up on an 18-mile ride with pedal assist. The step-through frame is great for my mom who rides with me occasionally. My only wish is for a wider gear range for those flat-out sprints. The front basket is sturdy and the 15-lb capacity is accurate. Hydraulic brakes are responsive and low-maintenance so far. Solid 4-star ride.

My RV life just got a whole lot better

I keep the Bison Pro folded in the back of my RV and deploy it at every campsite. The foldable step-through frame is genius — takes about 30 seconds to unfold and lock into place. It's been to 6 national parks with me already. The 80-mile pedal-assist range means I can explore trails all day without worrying about the battery. The LED headlight and brake light make evening rides around the campground safe. Highly recommend for fellow RVers!

From subway commuter to bike commuter — no regrets

I ditched my MetroCard for the Bison Pro and haven't looked back. Riding from Crown Heights to Manhattan daily (about 9 miles), the bike handles potholes and rough roads with the front suspension doing its job. The hydraulic brakes are precise in unpredictable city traffic. I love that I can fold it and bring it inside my apartment building — no street parking worries. The under-bench storage fits my lock, helmet, and a change of clothes.

Excellent build quality, app could be better

The Bison Pro Urban Cruiser is exceptionally well-built. The chromoly alloy front basket feels bomb-proof, and the 400-lb total capacity is no exaggeration — I'm 240 lbs and carry a heavy work bag without issue. The 750W motor is powerful and the battery lasts me a full work week (about 45 miles). My only critique is the companion app is a bit clunky and the Bluetooth connection drops occasionally. Otherwise, this is a top-tier urban cruiser.

Took it up to 8,000 ft — no power loss!

I was skeptical about how the Bison Pro would handle Colorado's altitude, but the 750W motor performed flawlessly on a ride up to Lookout Mountain. No noticeable power drop at 8,000 feet. The hydraulic brakes gave me total control on the descent — that's where I really appreciated the upgrade from mechanical. The bench seat is roomy enough for my teenager to ride along. The 55-mile range claim is honest; I got about 52 on mixed throttle/pedal-assist.

Beach cruiser vibes with serious power

Living in Miami, I wanted something that could handle the boardwalk, the causeway, and occasional sand-packed paths. The Bison Pro's fat tires and hydraulic brakes make it versatile enough for all three. The LED headlight is bright enough for those sunset rides that run late. I use it to commute to my restaurant job and the front basket fits my chef coat and tools perfectly. The foldable frame is a bonus for hurricane-season storage.

Replaced my car for in-city errands

Between the rear bench and the convertible rear basket, the Bison Pro has completely replaced my car for anything within 5 miles. The 80-mile pedal-assist range means I charge once a week. The step-through frame is perfect since I wear dresses/skirts often. The LED brake light with reflector makes me feel safe riding in Portland's notorious rain. Customer service was also responsive when I had a question about the warranty.

Sturdy, reliable, just heavy to lift

The Bison Pro is everything it promises — solid build, powerful motor, comfortable bench seating. I use it to commute to the auto plant and back (12 miles round trip) and the battery handles it easily. The hydraulic brakes are smooth and require zero adjustment after 200 miles. My only knock is that at 75+ lbs, it's a workout to lift into my truck bed when folded. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing if you plan to transport it often.

My elderly dad can ride again — thank you!

My 72-year-old father has knee issues and hadn't ridden a bike in 15 years. The Bison Pro's low step-through frame and stable three-wheel design gave him the confidence to get back on two (well, three) wheels. He rides it to the local farmer's market every Saturday with the rear basket loaded with produce. The electric assist means he never overexerts himself. The 30-day trial convinced him, and now it's the highlight of his retirement. Tears of joy from this daughter.

Date nights just got an upgrade

My girlfriend and I bought two Bison Pros after test-riding one at a local bike expo. We do evening cruises around Charlotte's greenways and the bench seat is perfect for switching off who rides passenger. The 750W motor makes hills near Freedom Park effortless. We've done 200+ miles combined and haven't had a single issue. The LED headlight and brake light make us feel safe as the sun sets. Planning a tandem road trip with them folded in the trunk!

Paradise on three wheels

Riding the Bison Pro along Waikiki and up to Diamond Head is an absolute joy. The 750W motor handles the incline to the lighthouse viewpoint without breaking a sweat. The hydraulic brakes are essential on the descent. The foldable frame is convenient for storing in my condo. I knocked off one star because the seat could be slightly more padded for longer rides, but otherwise this is a fantastic island cruiser. The front basket is great for beach towels and snorkel gear.

Handles desert trails like a champ

I use the Bison Pro for both city errands and weekend rides on the Bosque trails. The fat tires provide great traction on packed sand and gravel. The 55-mile battery range is accurate — I did a 48-mile round trip to Santa Fe on pedal assist and had juice to spare. The LED headlight is a nice touch for early-morning rides before sunrise. The under-bench storage fits my trail essentials perfectly. Absolutely love this machine.

Patrol-tested and approved

I'm a security patrol officer and I ride the Bison Pro for 6-8 hours a night covering a large corporate campus. The 750W motor maintains consistent power across my entire shift, and the hydraulic brakes are reliable in all conditions — rain, snow, ice. The bench seat is comfortable for long durations, and the front basket holds my radio, flashlight, and paperwork. The 80-mile pedal-assist range means I never worry about running out of juice mid-shift. This bike is a workhorse.

Great for Capitol Hill (literally)

DC's hills are no joke, but the Bison Pro's 750W motor climbs them without strain. I ride from Adams Morgan to the National Mall daily and the hydraulic brakes give me precise control in heavy tourist traffic. The foldable frame is convenient for bringing it inside my rowhouse. My only wish is that the bike came in more color options — I'd love a deep burgundy. Otherwise, the build quality, battery life, and overall ride experience are excellent. The 30-day trial was a great safety net.

Midnight sun miles — this bike goes forever

Up here in Alaska we ride at midnight in summer, and the Bison Pro's LED headlight + brake light combo keeps me visible during those long twilight hours. The 750W motor has enough torque to handle gravel paths and the occasional dirt trail. I've put 300+ miles on it since May and the hydraulic brakes still feel brand new. The 400-lb capacity handled me (215 lbs) plus camping gear for an overnight trip. Worth every cent for an adventure rig.

Grandkids' favorite ride

Every time my grandkids visit, the first thing they ask is, "Can we go for a ride?" The bench makes it easy and safe for us to enjoy the sunshine together.

That’s so sweet! ☀️ Sounds like you’ve got the perfect setup for making those sunny days extra special with your grandkids.

Best Summer Gift Ever

We surprised my wife with an Urban Cruiser and she's been riding it with our grandson almost every day. He's heading back to school soon, but they still take weekend rides together. Easy to use and super reliable.

Love hearing this! Sounds like you two are making the most of every ride, so fun. Happy riding!

Safe, Steady, and Fun!

I love this trike! I'm 65 and it feels stable, safe, and just plain fun. Riding around the neighborhood or to the park is a joy. The low step-through frame makes mounting easy, and I feel confident even on turns. Best purchase I've made in a while!

So happy you feel safe and confident on your rides!

Excellent Features for Comfort and Convenience

Love this e-trike! The 7-speed gears allow me to get some exercise when I want, and the electric assist makes longer rides a breeze. The rear bench is perfect for kids or extra cargo, and I appreciate the bag and water bottle holder. Smooth ride, easy assembly, and great for intergenerational adventures.

Trick-or-Treat transport

Got our Urban Cruiser just in time for October. We've already planned to ride it around the neighborhood for trick-or-treating. The kids are thrilled, it's going to be the coolest ride on Halloween night!

That sounds like the perfect Halloween plan. Have a spooktacular time out there!

We got the trike with the rear bench, and it's been amazing for our family. My granddaughter loves sitting on the bench and waving to everyone as we ride down the street. It feels safe, comfortable, and makes every outing more fun.

Before you decide

I haven't ridden in years. Will I really be able to ride this?

That's who this trike is built for. A trike stays upright on its own — at a stop you just sit, feet on the pedals, nothing to balance. The motor helps exactly as much as you ask it to: pedal lightly with assist, or use the throttle and don't pedal at all. Most returning riders are comfortable within one lap of the driveway.

What happens on delivery day?

One box, 95% assembled. Attach the handlebars and pedals with the included tools — about 20–30 minutes, no bike experience needed — and our Canadian team is a phone call away if you'd like us to talk you through it. Or choose full assembly at checkout and it arrives ready to ride.

What if it's not right for me?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. It needs to be unused, with under 10 miles (16 km) on it, in the original packaging with everything that came in the box. A $250 restocking fee applies to e-trike returns.

Who fixes it if something breaks?

Warranty claims are handled by our Canadian team and parts ship domestically — you never ship the trike anywhere. Any local bike shop can service the mechanical parts, and we'll walk you or your shop through anything electrical by phone.

Is the battery safe? What about rain and winter?

UL2849 certified — the independent safety standard for e-bike electrical systems. Rain is fine to ride in. For winter, the battery slides out and stores inside where it's warm; a one-page Canadian winter care guide comes with every trike.

Two minutes on the phone beats two hours of doubt

Call with your height and how you want to ride. If this isn't your trike, we'll tell you which one is.
